  a very low standard of customer service, very un-professional staff, no certificates of qualification or hygiene on display, prices change each visit for the same procedure. Standards have fallen since the two young girls that worked there for years have moved on to better things (Sam & Kelly) they made the place what it was and I emphasise WAS. Products used are poor and do not last to give value for money, having to visit every month instead of every 2 months. I have visited three salons in the Droylsden centre and I have to say this one is DIRE compared to the other 2 I visited. Young girl who works there now is very un-professional and well rough!!!!! Uniforms are shabby, Staff presentation on the whole very scruffy looking. Shampoo and conditioners used must have cheap formulas in the expensive look bottles hair felt like cardboard. Young girl that works there at present used to work at Hairport around the corner but was dismissed for what??? Surprised that she found employment in Droylsden again. Maybe Martin Raymond dont vet their employees thoroughly . My advise would be avoid this salon there are far more higher standard salons in Droylsden to use this one is not worth your time or money.
